Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Prepare and post job advertisements on various hiring platforms.
Coordinate offer letters, joining formalities, and documentation.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Support onboarding activities for new employees.
Required Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Good knowledge
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
