Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Executive to join our team in GMS Road, Dehradun. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in HR operations and have a proactive attitude toward people management and organizational support.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely documentation

Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management

Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities

Address employee concerns and manage grievance resolution

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Assist in performance appraisals and training coordination

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 1 year of experience in HR roles preferred

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools

Trustworthy and able to handle confidential matters

Based in or willing to relocate to Milan Vihar, Dehradun
