🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Managing end-to-end recruitment (Designers, Social Media Managers, Content Writers, Video Editors, etc.)

Drafting job descriptions and posting on job portals

Screening candidates and coordinating interviews

Handling offer letters, appointment letters & onboarding process

Managing attendance, leave records & payroll coordination

Maintaining employee documentation and HR records

Supporting performance review process

Handling employee engagement activities and grievance management

Managing exit formalities & full and final settlement process

🔹 Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong coordination and organizational abilities

Experience in recruitment (agency experience preferred)

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
