Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Handle attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management
Assist in employee engagement and performance management activities
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
Required Skills:
Must have 3-5 years experience of HR
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of MS Office and HR software/tools
Understanding of recruitment and payroll processes
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
Qualification:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
