Experience Required: – 2 to 4 Years ✅

We are looking for an HR Executive who can efficiently manage payroll activities along with HR operational tasks. The ideal candidate should have experience in maintaining employee records, statutory compliance, and HRMS.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end payroll processing

• Attendance, leaves & HRMS management

• Employee records, documentation & file management

• Onboarding, induction & exit formalities

• Statutory compliance: PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS

• Employee query resolution related to payroll & HR

• Preparing HR reports & MIS
