Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
Handle PF & ESIC registrations, monthly returns, and challan generation/payment.
Maintain statutory compliance related to EPF, ESIC, and labor laws.
Coordinate with finance/accounts for payroll reconciliation.
Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollout.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR MIS.
Prepare HR letters such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters.
Resolve employee queries related to payroll, PF, ESIC, and HR policies.
Support performance management and other HR administrative activities.
