Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Maintain employee records, HRMIS, and documentation
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations
Support employee engagement activities and performance management processes
Address employee queries and maintain healthy workplace relations
Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and internal communications
Coordinate training and development initiatives
