Job Title: HR Field Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete employee joining formalities and documentation.

• Coordinate with warehouse teams and unit HR coordinators for manpower requirements.

• Ensure timely deployment of manpower across warehouse locations.

• Maintain field visit reports and handle on-ground HR operations.

• Support recruitment drives and employee onboarding at sites.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in field HR or coordination role.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Willingness to travel to multiple warehouse/unit locations.

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license is compulsory.
