Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.

• Develop and post job descriptions on various job boards, career sites, and social media platforms.

• Source candidates through databases, job boards, and professional networks.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.

• Assist in the negotiation of offers and the onboarding process.

• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports.

• Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and networking events.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience recruiting for [industry-IT].

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
