*Open Positions: - Executive HR**Requirement Details* : -?? *Experience* : 1 years of experience in HR functions?? *Salary Range* : - 25000 to 35000?? *Required Skills* : -• Managed end-to-end payroll processing including attendance, leaves, overtime, and incentives.• Calculated monthly salaries with statutory deductions such as PF, ESI, PT, and TDS.• Prepared and maintained salary sheets using MS Excel and HRMS software.• Generated and distributed monthly pays lips to employees.• Handled PF & ESI compliance, challan preparation, and portal coordination.• Coordinated with Finance/Accounts team for salary disbursement.• Processed Full & Final settlement (FNF) for exiting employees.• Resolved employee queries related to salary, deductions, PF & ESI.• Maintained accurate payroll records for audit and reporting purposes*Good spoken & written communication skills**Disciplined, sincere and hardworking**Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.*?? *Locations: Lower Parel* ??
