Job Description

Business Associate Business Unit: Capability Hubs - KM Service Line: US HR Operation Location: Gurugram Work Mode: 5 Days (Onsite) Role type - Team driven • Reporting to Assistant Manager/Manager • Geo to be supported United States • Work timings 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM KPMG Global Services (KGS) delivers smart working processes, rapidly scalable solutions and the right talent. The BA will be responsible for managing aspects of the HR data, information and document management processing. The role holder will need good communication and stakeholder management skills and will be expected to maintain a high level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail. • Update HR data and information in HR Databases and Systems such as Peoplesoft • Catalog and store data and information in document management systems such as OpenText • Prepare reports using business tools • Appropriate handling of stakeholder (internal and external), queries and requests by email, in line with the agreed SLAs and Quality framework • Effective customer service and relationship management across a range of stakeholders • Meet established quality and service level agreements Operational administrative duties to include: • Daily updates and revisions to employee data and information stored in HR administrative systems • Maintain accurate employee records within HR administrative systems, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity • Indexing of documentation by adding key operational data for storage in document management systems • Generate HR-related reports and provide data analysis as needed • Maintain HR files and documentation, ensuring proper record-keeping and adherence to document retention policies • Oversee the reporting mailbox and accurately complete reporting requests within agreed SLA • Communicate with stakeholders(internal and external) and onshore team members/leadership team, throughout all processes • Ability to follow standard processes and identify and report any potential issues, understanding when to escalate • Ensure all requirements are adhered to through compliance with all appropriate policies and procedures. • When applicable create and update SOPs Skills and Experience: • Effective communication, ability to articulate in both written and verbal communication to a variety of stakeholders (internal and external), including firm professionals, onshore team members and leadership, which will include senior managers, Directors and Partners • Strong attention to detail and investigative nature to ensure all elements of the submission process have been accurately completed and all data collected is accurate • Ability to think on your feet with excellent innovation and problem-solving skills. Analytical approach to work, good innovation and continuous improvement • Ability to work on own initiative, prioritise own work, deliver to deadlines, train new colleagues and thrive under pressure • Self-Motivated, adaptable and flexible, takes ownership of issues and sees them through to resolution Mandatory technical & functional skills • MS Office suite including Outlook and Advanced Excel • IT literate, proven experience of working with multiple systems • Proficient data Skills and business tools to create reports Key behavioral attributes/requirements • Collaborative, analytical, attention to detail, flexible, problem solver and organized • Integrity, accountability, decision making and process improvement • Driving quality results, resilience, customer focused • Effective interpersonal skill and creative thinker Non-tech graduate - BA, B. Com, B.Ed or BE, BCA • 1 -2 year of work experience in relevant domain • Preferred exposure to international work setup
