Job Role:
Manage the complete recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating manpower hiring for different client locations.
Salary:
💰 In-hand Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,100

Key Responsibilities:
Create and update job descriptions
Source candidates through online platforms and field recruitment
Screen resumes and conduct interviews
Post job openings on job portals and social media
Shortlist candidates and coordinate with hiring managers
Conduct basic background verification of candidates
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
Experience: 0 – 4 Years
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing
Must be comfortable working in field hiring and recruitment activities
Candidates should be ready to work 6 days a week
