Job Description

We are looking for a HR & Admin Assistant to join our team at Upasani Super Speciality Hospital Private Limited to manage day to day HR activities for the organization.

  • Maintains accurate and updated documentation, records, and files for all human resources in the Hospital.

  • Responsible for preparing and issuing all documentation throughout the employee lifecycle.

  • Provides responses to frequently asked questions from job applicants and staff members about general policies, hiring procedures, etc.; redirects more complex inquiries to the HR Manager.

  • Maintains the confidentiality and integrity of files and records pertaining to human resources.

  • Regularly checks HR records and files to make sure all necessary paperwork is gathered and properly filed.

  • Fulfils the HR department's administrative needs.

  • Offers assistance with processing payroll, responding to employee inquiries.

  • Processing errors, and distributing cheques.

  • Serves as a point of contact between the company and consultant regarding benefits, such as PF and pension.

  • Carries out or assists with new hire orientation.

  • Schedule HR events, meetings, and interviews.

  • Organize and perform employee orientations for new hires.

  • Generate reports on the HR team’s activities and performance.

  • Finalize termination paperwork and assist with exit interviews.

  • Process incoming emails.

  • Handle grievances and complaints.

  • Produce and distribute HR documentation.

  • Provide assistance in organizing and coordinating events.

  • Follows and update all paper work necessary for NABH.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working.
