Job Description

🚀 We’re Hiring: Jr. HR Assistant

📍 Location: Mazgaon, Byculla

🕘 Work Timings: 9 hours

📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday (3 Saturdays off/month) | All Sundays off

🎓 Qualification: Graduate

💼 Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)

💰 Salary: Best in industry

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee onboarding & exit formalities

• Provide support on HR-related queries

• Maintain employee records (digital & physical)

• Ensure compliance with labor laws

• Assist in third-party payroll & documentation

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR data

• Update HRMS records regularly

• Process monthly payroll & overtime calculations

• Work on Spine Software

🧩 Skills Required:

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills

• Team-oriented with a result-driven mindset

• Basic HR knowledge (preferred)

• Ability to work independently

• Good analytical skills
