Role Overview

As an HR Intern, you’ll get hands-on experience in human resources functions while working directly with our leadership and HR team. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or those with up to 1 year of HR experience who want to gain real-world exposure in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding).

• Maintain and update employee records in our systems.

• Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.

• Assist with drafting offer letters, NDAs, and HR policies.

• Help in maintaining compliance with company procedures and labor laws.

• Collaborate with different teams to ensure a smooth HR process.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory).

• 0–1 year of experience in HR or internship in HR is an advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of HR tools (HRMS, Google Workspace, or similar will be a plus).
