HR Assistant

We are looking for HR Interns to join our team at Edlernity to support end-to-end recruitment and HR functions. This is a 2-month remote internship with daily hiring targets and offers excellent hands-on exposure to HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Post jobs, source candidates, and screen resumes

- Conduct cold calls and schedule interviews

- Assist in onboarding and documentation processes

- Maintain candidate and employee records

- Support engagement activities and draft basic HR policies

Job Requirements:

- Graduate or pursuing graduation

- Excellent communication skills (English/Hindi)

- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills

- Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain

Job Details:

- Stipend: ₹10,000/month + ₹100/day incentive

- Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM | 6 Days Working

- Location: Work From Home

- Performance-based incentives, LOR, certificate
