Job Description

Organisation is leading Real Estate Industry located at Kasindra, Ahmedabad.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring Support

  • Assist in recruitment for roles such as site engineers, supervisors, sales executives, CRM staff, accountants, and support staff

  • Post job openings on job portals, local recruitment platforms, and social media

  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates, site managers, and department heads

  • Follow up with candidates and provide timely recruitment status updates

Onboarding & Documentation

  • Support onboarding of new employees including document collection, verification, and induction coordination

  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documentation

  • Maintain employee files (physical and digital) as per company standards

HR Administration

  • Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports

  • Update employee records in HR systems

  • Assist in attendance, leave records, and basic payroll coordination

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies

Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with site offices and vendors for manpower requirements

  • Liaise with consultants and staffing agencies for bulk or site hiring

  • Support HR team in day-to-day administrative and employee engagement activities

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills

  • Good verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati

  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
