Responsibilities for HR Intern :
Assist in recruitment activities such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records
Support onboarding and induction of new employees
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Assist in preparing HR documents (offer letters, appointment letters, attendance sheets, etc.)
Coordinate with departments for HR-related requirements
Support attendance, leave, and payroll data coordination
Help organize employee engagement activities and trainings
Handle basic HR queries from employees
