The HR Assistant will support the Human Resources department in daily administrative tasks, employee relations, recruitment, and HR operations. This role ensures smooth communication and effective support to employees while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
Assist in recruitment processes including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files, HR database, etc.) in compliance with company policies.
Support the onboarding and induction process for new employees.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as attendance, leaves, and overtime.
Help organize training, employee engagement activities, and HR events.
Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational guidelines.
Provide administrative support to the HR department as required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (freshers with strong interest in HR may also apply).
