Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee documentation, attendance tracking, and other HR functions to ensure smooth business operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation.Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.Support payroll processing by tracking attendance and leave data.Handle employee requests regarding HR policies, benefits, and compliance.Help plan and organize internal events, training sessions, and team activities.Prepare HR-related reports and assist in other administrative duties as required.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Good organizational and multitasking abilities.Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
