Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining applicant records.
Prepare and update employee records .
Assist in onboarding new employees and explaining HR policies and procedures.
Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g., attendance, leaves, etc.).
Coordinate training sessions and HR events.
Maintain proper filing of HR documents and handle confidential information with integrity.
Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Assist in employee engagement and welfare activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role is an advantage.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
