About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator who will work closely with the HR function while also supporting the CEO on day-to-day operational priorities. This is a dual-role position requiring strong coordination skills, ownership, and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Coordination
Support end-to-end recruitment activities across roles
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders
Share interview invites, follow-ups, and status updates
Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
Assist in sourcing coordination and pipeline management
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
2. Executive Support
Manage and maintain the CEOs calendar, meetings, and priorities
Coordinate internal and external meetings
Prepare and document Minutes of Meetings (MOM)
Track action items and follow up with relevant stakeholders
Support in basic communication drafting and coordination tasks
Key Requirements
1-3 years of experience in HR coordination / admin / executive assistance
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Prior experience in recruitment coordination or executive support roles
Familiarity with ATS / recruitment tools
