Job Summary
The HR Assistant – HR & Admin will be responsible for managing core HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, administrative functions and ensuring smooth coordination between employees and management. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle HR processes along with administrative oversight to support organizational efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Part- A- Human Resources Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including JD creation, sourcing, screening, interviews and onboarding.
Manage employee lifecycle processes- induction, confirmation, performance reviews and exit formalities.
Maintain and update HR policies, organizational structure and employee records.
Handle attendance management, leave administration and payroll coordination.
Support performance management cycles, KPI tracking and appraisal coordination.
Address employee grievances and support employee engagement initiatives.
Drive learning & development activities and internal training coordination.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements and internal HR standards.
Prepare HR records & reports, maintain HR FMS & dashboards for management review.
Part- B- Administrative Responsibilities
Oversee office administration, facility management, housekeeping and vendor coordination.
Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment and service contracts.
Handle travel arrangements and accommodation for employees.
Maintain security, safety and compliance protocols within the office premises.
Ensure smooth operation of administrative support functions including repairs, maintenance and utilities.
Manage event planning for internal or external team meetings, celebrations and staff gatherings.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of HR operations, labour laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS attendance systems.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
4 to 6 years of experience in HR & Administration roles.
