HR Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. This role will closely support the Head HR in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about building a career in HR, eager to learn, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Principal Responsibilities

• Assist the Head HR in managing end-to-end recruitment activities

• Post job openings on platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other relevant portals

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates as per job requirements

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates

• Maintain and update HR documentation, employee records, and databases

• Support employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation

• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement and HR initiatives

• Handle routine HR administrative tasks and provide operational support

• Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and processes

Job Requirements

• 0–1 year of experience in HR or recruitment

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
