HR Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Recruiter Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end recruitment activities. The intern will assist in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records while gaining hands-on exposure to real-time hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements

• Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

• Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers

• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback

• Assist in offer roll-out and onboarding documentation

• Support employer branding and job postings on various platforms

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Skills & Requirements

• Graduate / Pursuing graduation in HR, Management, or related field

• Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)

• Basic understanding of recruitment process (training/fresher friendly)

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets

• Willingness to learn and take initiative

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn

• Basic knowledge of ATS or recruitment trackers

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
