Work Location: Work from client location in Bengaluru
Weekly Off : 2nd and 4th Saturday off , All Sundays off
Experience: 1-3 years
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruiting & staffi ng as per the requirement of the concern department.
a. Scheduling/ taking/ arranging interviews
b. Shortlisting and fi nalizing the candidate.
c. Complete the Joining Procedure (issuing off er and appointment letter, Contract paper, forwarding the requires details required department)
2. Inductions
a. Conducting new employee orientation to faster positive attitude toward company objective.
3. Payroll, Leave Management & Statutory compliance
o Checking Monthly attendance and doing the leave calculation
o Monthly processing of the Salary after deducting the P Tax, PF and TDS.
o Making the Expense reimbursement reports
o Processing payroll using Greythr HRMS
o Preparing Salary slip and PF Contribution Calculation every month
4. HR Policies-Preparing and updating the HR Policies and intimated the same to all concerned through Notice and circulars.
5. Performance Appraisal: Conducting Performance appraisal yearly for all employee and before confi rmation of the employee.
6. HRIS & Personal File:
a. Maintaining and updating HRIS and personal Files on Greythr
b. Handling Employee Database (Both Soft & Hard, Files Management
c. Prepare a master database of all employees & Tracking of all in and out)
7. Employee relations:
a. Managing Reward & Recognition
b. Understanding the need and requirement for Employee Relations after consulting with the dep.
c. Creating employee engagement interventions and managing them
d. Support management in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience
8. Exit procedure :
a. Managing the acceptance of resignation, handover procedure
b. Making sure that No Due Clearance process is completed
c. Exist interview procedure to be completed
d. Generating the experience certifcates
e. Processing fi nal statement
9. Grievance handling: Taking feedbacks of the employees periodically and resolving all concerns
10. Employee Health Insurance:
a. Renewal of the employee health insurance by taking quotation from various insurance companies
b. Add and delete employee list from insurance data
c. Coordinate claims and settlement.
11. Management Liaison and Advisory
a. Work closely with management on all HR initiatives involving day to day activities
b. Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
c. Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
d. Reviews employment applications and background check reports
e. Actively work toward building a diverse and qualifi ed team to support the organization
.
Desire Candidate Profi le:
Educational Qualifi cation: MBA (Human Resource) preferred
Experience: 1 to 3 Years in a HR Generalist Profi le
Ability to commute/relocate is a must
