We are looking for a proactive HR professional to manage end-to-end Human Resource functions while ensuring smooth organizational operations. The role will focus primarily on HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance, employee relations, and engagement, with additional responsibility for supporting day-to-day office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
1. Manage the full employee lifecycle – from recruitment, onboarding, induction, and orientation to exit formalities.
2. Draft, issue, and maintain employee documentation including offer letters, contracts, policies, and records.
6. Act as a trusted point of contact between employees and management for HR-related queries and grievance handling.
Operations & Administration:
1. Support management in coordinating office operations and ensuring smooth workflows across departments.
2. Assist in project tracking, documentation, and reporting as required.
3. Provide administrative support for leadership activities and confidential information handling.
