Delta Technology is a technology solutions and services organization with operations in IT, software, cloud infrastructure, and global HR services. The HR team supports recruitment, employee engagement, policy compliance, training, and HR operations across the organization.
The HR Assistant will support the HR department in executing day-to-day HR operations, from recruitment and on boarding to employee records management and HR administration. This role acts as a backbone for the HR function, ensuring that processes run smoothly and employee interactions are handled professionally.
• Post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and internal channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Track probation periods, contract renewals, resignations.
• Help organize internal events, employee engagement activities and celebrations.
• Support scheduling of training sessions, coordinating participants, venue, materials.
• Assist in communicating HR policies, ensuring employees understand rules and benefits.
