Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment and employee onboarding activities.
Maintain daily attendance, shift records, and leave management.
Handle overtime (OT) records and monthly OT reports.
Prepare attendance and OT data for payroll processing.
Maintain PF, ESI, Bonus, and other statutory compliance records.
Assist employees with PF, ESI, and HR-related queries.
Maintain employee files, HR documents, and MIS reports.
Prepare appointment, confirmation, experience, and relieving letters.
Support factory administration, employee welfare, and disciplinary activities.
Coordinate with departments for manpower and HR requirements.
Required Skills
Knowledge of PF, ESI, Payroll, Attendance & OT Management.
Basic understanding of Labour Laws and HR compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and HR documentation.
Good communication and coordination skills.
