Job Role & Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing:
o Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
o Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles.
2. Coordination & Scheduling:
o Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
o Follow up with candidates and ensure timely communication.
3. Initial Screening:
o Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
o Evaluate basic skills, availability, and interest level.
4. Database Management:
o Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database.
o Document interview feedback and outcomes.
5. Employer Branding Support:
o Assist in promoting job openings on social media and other channels.
o Participate in job fairs or campus recruitment activities (if applicable).
6. Offer & Onboarding Support:
o Help with documentation, offer letters, and onboarding coordination
