· Assist the HR team in end-to-end recruitment processes.
· Source potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, internal database).
· Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
· Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
· Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
