Key Responsibilities:

·       Assist the HR team in end-to-end recruitment processes.

·       Source potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, internal database).

·       Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

·       Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

·       Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.

·       Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and job offers.

·       Support in drafting job descriptions and posting on relevant platforms.

·       Assist in creating recruitment reports and presentations as needed.
