HR Executive – Fresher
Astech Compu Power Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated HR fresher to support recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, HR documentation, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle job posting, resume screening, candidate calls and interview coordination.
Maintain employee records, attendance and leave data.
Assist with joining, onboarding and HR documentation.
Coordinate with employees and different departments.
Maintain HR trackers and reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
Support implementation of company policies and HR processes.
Requirements:
BBA/B.Com/MBA-HR or relevant graduate.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
Organized, responsible and willing to learn.
Freshers are welcome.
