Recruitment:
Sourcing of candidates at various levels through headhunting, placements and employees references.
Coordinate with placements, screening of resumes, scheduling interviews.
Carrying out preliminary interviews and short-listing candidates for technical round.
Employee Engagement Activities:
Coordinating in arrangement of employee engagement activities, meetings, training sessions, etc. on monthly
basis.
Organizing and conducting fun and team building activities at work place such as employee’s monthly birthday
celebrations, festive celebrations, picnic, annual day function, sports, desk activities, etc.
Admin & Other Miscellaneous Activities
Conducting HOD meetings on monthly basis.
Handling the housekeeping staff, security staff, pantry & attendants.
Taking care of all requisitions for visiting cards, letter heads, time slip & voucher books.
Coordinating & issuing ID cards, uniforms, stationery items, etc.
