We are looking for a Sales HR / HR Executive who will be responsible for monitoring and managing HR-related activities of the sales team. The candidate will work closely with the sales team and management to ensure proper attendance, discipline, productivity, retention, and smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily attendance, absenteeism, late coming, and leave of the sales team.
Track and maintain TA (Travel Allowance) and attendance-related records.
Monitor the scope of work and responsibilities assigned to sales employees.
Track sales team performance and identify gaps in productivity or work discipline.
Monitor employee retention and identify reasons for employee attrition.
