We are looking for a Assistant Manager Learning & Development to join our team at Flurys to manage A Learning and Development (L&D) job role focuses on designing, implementing, and managing training and upskilling programs that align employee growth with business goalsThe position offers an in-hand salary of ₹40,000 - ₹60,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities
Needs Analysis: Assess skill gaps and organizational training requirements by partnering with business leaders and managers.
Program Design: Create structured onboarding pathways, e-learning courses, workshops, and leadership development frameworks.
Delivery & Facilitation: Conduct live training sessions, virtual classes, or coordinate with external trainers and vendors.
Learning Technology (LMS): Manage Learning Management Systems, digital content libraries, and AI-enabled learning tools.
Impact Evaluation: Track participation rates, knowledge retention, and business performance metrics to measure training effectiveness
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. An MBA in HR or certifications in Instructional Design/L&D (e.g., ATD, CIPD) is highly preferred. and 3 - 6+ years of experience. Experience: 4 to 7 years of core experience in Corporate Training and L&D, with at least 1–2 years in a senior specialist or supervisory capacity.
