We are looking for a HR Analyst to join our team Honeycomb Telnet Pvt. Ltd. to manage the full-cycle MIS, Claims, Insurance, & Incentives process for the organization. The tasks include specializing in Management Information Systems (MIS), Employee Incentives, and Benefits Administration (Insurance and Claims).
Candidate Profile (Requirements)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or Statistics or Any other related to this.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in HR Analytics, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Operations.
Technical Skills:
Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF functions, Macros.
HRIS: Experience with systems like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar.
Data Visualization: Power BI or Tableau experience is highly preferred.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable insights.
Soft Skills: High attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
