HR Analyst

• System Development: Building and maintaining data systems, scripts, and data pipelines.

• Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for efficiency gains through data analysis. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Skills: SQL, Python/R, Excel, Statistical Software, Data Visualization Tools (Tableau, Power BI).

• Analytical Skills: Problem-solving, critical thinking, attention to detail, understanding statistics.

• Soft Skills: Communication, presentation, teamwork, ability to translate technical info for non-technical audiences.

• Education: Degree in Math, Stats, CS, Economics, or related field.
