Department: Human Resources & Administration

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR & Admin Intern to support the HR and administration team in daily operations. The intern will assist with recruitment, employee documentation, attendance management, and office administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities

Assist in candidate sourcing and screening through job portals.

Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.

Maintain candidate and employee records.

Support the onboarding and induction process.

Update attendance and HR reports.

Administrative Responsibilities

Assist with office documentation and filing.

Help manage office supplies and records.

Support the team in daily administrative tasks.

Coordinate with employees for basic administrative requirements.

Required Skills

Basic understanding of HR processes
