Job Summary

Xpressbees is looking for a Field Recruiter to join our team and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for field and operational roles, primarily delivery riders and last-mile staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while meeting daily and monthly hiring targets.

This role requires strong on-ground recruitment skills, local market knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for field roles (Delivery Riders, Hub Staff, etc.)

• Source candidates through field recruitment, walk-ins, referrals, vendors, and local networks

• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews

• Screen and evaluate candidates based on job requirements

• Coordinate with operations teams for manpower requirements

• Manage candidate onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities

• Update and post job ads on relevant platforms and local channels

• Maintain recruitment data, trackers, and daily hiring reports

• Conduct background verification and ensure compliance with company policies

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in field recruitment or bulk hiring (mandatory)

• Experience in delivery rider / logistics hiring preferred

• Good knowledge of Nashik local areas and manpower sources

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work on daily targets and handle high-volume hiring

• Comfortable with on-ground field work and travel within the city

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or manpower hiring

• Prior experience in e-commerce, logistics, or last-mile delivery companies (Xpressbees, Delhivery, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
