Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation

  • Handle employee engagement, performance tracking, and grievance resolution

  • Support payroll coordination and leave management

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR practices

  • Assist in developing HR strategies and maintaining a positive workplace culture

  • Communicate with clients on a daily basis for updates, feedback, and approvals
