Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
Handle employee engagement, performance tracking, and grievance resolution
Support payroll coordination and leave management
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR practices
Assist in developing HR strategies and maintaining a positive workplace culture
Client & Social Media Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee social media platforms for clients
Communicate with clients on a daily basis for updates, feedback, and approvals
Respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with the design and content team to ensure timely delivery of social media content
Share regular updates, reports, and performance insights with clients
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in HR operations and/or client coordination
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital content workflows
Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools
