Create and update job descriptions

Source candidates through online platforms
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
Conduct interviews and coordinate with management for hiring
Maintain employee records and documentation

🤝 Client Coordination

Communicate with clients for project updates
Schedule meetings and follow-ups
Coordinate between clients and internal team

🗂 Office Administration

Ensure smooth daily office operations
Manage team task coordination
Track project deadlines and deliverables

🎨 Content & Creative Support

Assist with content ideas for social media
Support team in planning creative campaigns
Coordinate with designers and video editors

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduate and 0 - 4 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
