Job Description -
1. Maintain physical and digital employee records, including contracts, employment history, and compliance documents
2. Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
3. Compile attendance and leave data for payroll processing, and assist with benefits administration (e.g., insurance, pensions)
4. Serve as the first point of contact for staff queries regarding HR policies, payslips, and workplace guidelines
5. Ensure all HR processes align with local labor laws and internal corporate regulations
Skills -
1. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of confidential paperwork
2. Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills to handle employee requests
3. Proficiency with Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS), payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite
4. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential company and employee information
