Position Title: HR & Admin Executive

Role Overview
The HR & Admin Executive will play a dual role of managing people operations and ensuring smooth administrative functioning at myEYZ. This position is crucial for supporting the growth of our home healthcare services (eye testing, diagnostics, and medicine delivery) by ensuring the right talent, compliance, and day-to-day office support.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Source, screen, and hire candidates (optometrists, phlebotomists, telecallers, delivery staff, sales executives).
Conduct onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
Employee Records & Compliance
Maintain employee database, contracts, and attendance records.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, and company HR policies.
Performance & Training
Track employee performance with team leads.
Organize regular training sessions for telecalling, sales, and healthcare service staff.
Employee Engagement
Address grievances, resolve conflicts, and maintain positive workplace culture.
Conduct periodic team meetings, recognition programs, and feedback sessions.
Office Management
Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, office supplies, and vendor coordination.
Ensure smooth functioning of IT systems, CRM, and communication tools.
Travel & Logistics
Manage travel arrangements for field teams.
Ensure timely availability of equipment and resources for eye testing and diagnostics.
Facility & Asset Management
Maintain office equipment, eye-testing devices, and vehicles.
Track and update asset inventory.
3. Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate between operations, sales, and HR functions to ensure smooth execution.
Support franchise operations with HR documentation and manpower allocation.
Prepare and share weekly HR & admin reports with management.
Bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR preferred).
2–5 years of experience in HR & Admin roles (healthcare/retail preferred).
Knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and HRMS software.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving ability and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic HR tools.
People-first approach – ability to manage diverse teams with empathy.
Execution-driven – can handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Detail-oriented – ensures accuracy in compliance and documentation.
Adaptable – comfortable working in a fast-paced startup healthcare environment.
