We are looking for a tech-savvy, self-driven Office Administrator to manage office administration, telephonic coordination, and on-ground follow-ups. This is an individual contributor role in a startup environment, focused on setting up strong operational foundations as the business scales.
Manage day-to-day office administration and coordination
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
Conduct regular telephonic and in-person follow-ups, including debt recovery and payment tracking
Carry out occasional site visits for coordination and follow-ups
Maintain follow-up trackers, basic records, and reports
Support management in organizing operational systems and workflows
2–4 years of experience preferred (administration, real estate, or coordination roles)
Languages mandatory: English, Kannada, and Hindi
Comfortable with computers, Excel, email, and digital tools
Willingness to handle field work and follow-ups beyond desk duties
Proactive, disciplined, and self-motivated
Startup ecosystem with high ownership
Exposure to real estate operations and business setup
Growth opportunities as projects and operations expand
