We are looking for a HR/Admin to join our team. You would be responsible for managing various HR tasks like recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, while also overseeing administrative duties such as office management, facilities, and ensuring compliance. · Assisting in HR related work and event plannings as needed.
. Responsible for day-to-day office management, budgeting, supervision of office inventory, office maintenance and upkeep.
· Maintain and organize records, files, and important documents and support with invoicing.
· Organize and prioritize the management’s calendar, appointments, and meetings. Coordinate meetings and serve as the management’s point of contact with stakeholders. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
· Supporting with meetings and travel arrangements with detailed itineraries.
