Field Recruiter

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Street Sourcing Executives to hire quality

househelp/workers from Delhi and Gurugram. The role involves on-ground sourcing, screening,

and onboarding of reliable female househelps who meet our set standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively source female househelp/workers through field visits, local communities, labor

• hubs, and referrals.

• Identify and approach potential candidates who meet the eligibility criteria.

• Explain job requirements, benefits, and placement process to candidates.

• Assist candidates with basic documentation and onboarding formalities.

• Ensure candidates meet grooming and communication standards.

• Maintain daily records of leads sourced and conversions done.

• Achieve monthly placement targets to earn performance incentives.

Salary & Incentives:

● Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 per month.

Performance Incentives:

• 15 househelps placed in a month – ₹3,000

• 25 househelps placed in a month – ₹6,000

• 40 househelps placed in a month – ₹10,000

• 50 househelps placed in a month – ₹15,000

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in field recruitment, sales, or community outreach

• (preferred).

• Good local area knowledge of Delhi and Gurugram.

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with Freshers.
