Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
Maintain employee records and personnel files.
Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HRMIS data.
Coordinate payroll inputs and salary processing.
Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
Support performance appraisal and confirmation processes.
Manage employee exit formalities and full & final settlements.
Administration
Oversee daily office administration activities.
Manage office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination.
Maintain office assets and administrative records.
Coordinate travel, accommodation, and office logistics.
Ensure office discipline, cleanliness, and smooth operations.
Liaise with external vendors and service providers.
Support management with reports and administrative tasks.
Requirements
Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–5 years of experience in HR & Administration.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance, and labor laws.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
