Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to join our team. This role requires a professional who can efficiently manage the end-to-end candidate lifecycle as well as ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, approachable, and able to balance HR responsibilities with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Candidate Management:
Manage job postings across platforms.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Assist in onboarding, documentation, and induction of new employees.
HR Administration:
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Track attendance, leave, and basic compliance requirements.
Support HR policies, processes, and employee engagement activities.
Office Administration:
Oversee office supplies, vendor management, and housekeeping.
Handle travel arrangements, meetings, and facility management.
Ensure a professional, safe, and welcoming office environment.
Coordinate with external service providers (IT, security, maintenance).
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field).
0–2 years of experience in HR/Admin roles (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
