· As our HR Admin, your role will encompass a broad spectrum of
responsibilities, including:
· Strategic HR and Admin Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies and
initiatives in alignment with our overarching business strategy.
· Talent Acquisition: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment and selection
process, encompassing sourcing, conducting interviews, and making
impactful hiring decisions
· Employee Onboarding: Manage and optimise our employee onboarding and
orientation programs to foster a welcoming and effective introduction
for new team members.
· Employee Relations: Cultivate a positive work environment by effectively
addressing grievances, conflicts, and other employee relations matters.
· HR Policy Development: Spearhead the creation and implementation of HR
policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws
and regulations.
· Performance Management: Oversee employee performance appraisal and
development programs to empower our workforce and drive professional
growth.
· Compliance Assurance: Ensure strict compliance with labour laws,
regulations, and our company policies.
· Team Leadership: Provide visionary leadership and guidance to our HR
team, fostering a high-performance culture
