Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic HR & Admin Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting human resource functions with a primary focus on Administration & Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination.
Maintain and update employee records, databases, and documentation.
Monitor attendance, leaves, and support payroll coordination.
Assist in organizing employee engagement and training activities.
Handle administrative responsibilities such as office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Office and basic HR tools.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
